Our 30 Day Warranty
We stand behind our equipment, and we offer a 30-day warranty on everything we sell unless otherwise noted. We work diligently to keep our clients happy, as your success leads to our success!
Items are sold as-is and include a 30 day warranty unless otherwise discussed at time of purchase. Products with a warranty are guaranteed to work as they are designed except for any features noted at time of purchase. If your equipment should fail to work within 30 days of your purchase, contact us and we will troubleshoot the issue and either repair the item, replace it with an item of equal value, or refund your purchase price, at our discretion.
This warranty covers everything except:

Improper transport - equipment failure if the item is not transported properly. The unit must remain upright at all times.

Damage during shipping - damage that may occur during shipping or freighting. We recommend purchasing insurance through the carrier.

Improper installation - issues resulting from improper installation or electrical current. All equipment must be installed by a licensed, insured professional. Most products have manuals available online, you are responsible for the proper installation and start-up of your equipment. If there is an issue due to incorrect installation/set-up, you will be responsible for paying the tech's diagnostic and repair fees.

Customer damage - issues resulting from damage such as misuse, accident, abuse, or alteration.

Service work that has been done to the unit by someone other than the staff or techs authorized by Burger Buy and Sell.

Food loss or property damage due to appliance malfunction.

Faucets or drain pipes on sinks - we recommend replacing seals and gaskets on sink faucets before installation and having a plumber check any existing pipes.
